Mr. William "Bill" Edward Furcron

Mr. William “Bill” Edward Furcron, 88, of Rock Hill, South Carolina, passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at Piedmont Memorial hospital in Rock Hill South Carolina. A native of Elberton Georgia, he was the son of the late Cornelius Patrick and Anna Mary Deadwyler Furcron. He was the husband of the late Velera May Christian Furcron of Elbert County Georgia, with whom he had celebrated over 65 years of marriage prior to her passing. Mr. Furcron was preceded in death by a brother and sister-in-law, Joseph “Joe” & Margaret Furcron of South Padre Island Tx, and brother-in-law and sister-in-law Alvin and Rosa Christian of Elberton Ga. Mr. Furcron is survived by four sons: Ed Furcron of Clover, SC, Ken Furcron and his wife, Jan, of Stuart, FL, Craig Furcron of Rock Hill, SC., and Kent Furcron and his wife, Retha, of Long Beach, MS. He also leaves behind five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was laid to rest next to his wife at Elmhurst Cemetery in Elberton, Georgia. There are no services planned for Mr. Furcron. Arrangements for Mr. William “Bill” Edward Furcron were in the care of Hicks Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Elberton.
