Hiram C. Bullock

Mr. Hiram Cecil Bullock, Jr., 73, of Elberton, Georgia passed away Thursday, February 19, 2015 at his home. Mr. Bullock was born in 1941 to the late Hiram Cecil and Lonnie Merle Scarborough Bullock in Comer, Georgia.He was the husband of Paula Foreman Bullock.He was a veteran of the United States Coast Guard, and was an artist with Rattan Art Gallery of Hawaii. In addition to his wife, Paula, Mr. Bullock is survived by a step-daughter, Jennifer Suddeth of Athens, and a grandson, Walt Eaves of Atlanta. A memorial service to celebrate Mr. Bullock’s life was held on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at The Chapel of Hicks Funeral Home, with Rev. Stuart Lang officiating.Visitation was at 1:30 p.m. just prior to the service.
