Danny Wyman Roth

Mr. Danny Wyman Roth, 58, passed away Monday, May 13, 2019.Danny was born in Elberton, but lived most of his life in Oglethorpe County.He was the son of the late Charlie Lucre and Loudell Holloman Roth.He was also preceded in death by a brother, Aubrey Roth.Danny worked as a quarryman in the Millstone Granite Quarry. Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Leisa and Calvin Weaver ofCrawford; brothers, Gary Roth of Bogart and Steve Roth of Carlton; sister-in-law, Joyce Roth; grandsons, Will Weaver and Clark Weaver; uncle and aunts: Thomas and Gladys Roth, and Regina Merritt and Dorothy Roth, Washington; nephew, Steven Roth; niece, Taylor Howard; great nephews, Steven Roth III and Kasey Roth and many cousins. A funeral service was held in Vesta Baptist Church on Friday, May 17th at 3:00pm with Rev. Calvin Weaver officiating.Interment followed in the church cemetery with David Streetman, Shane Robertson, Darrell Roth, Randy Smith, Mickey Weaver, Pat Smith, Danny Teasley, Steven Roth III and Evan Holloman serving as pallbearers.
