Stephanie Childs Fleming

Stephanie Jo Childs Fleming, 46, of Elberton, Georgia passed away Friday morning, March 21, 2014 at her home. Stephanie is survived by her mother and step-father, Peggy Childs Harris and Jerry Pope Harris;two sons: Bradley Neal Fleming and Joseph Eli Fleming;a sister, Tammy Childs McCannon and her husband Allen McCannon;two half-brothers, Steven Delaney Childs and Jonathan Lee Childs; and a half-sister, Sydney Leann Childs.She also leaves behind three nieces: Allie Morgan McCannon, Christy Nicole Hall, and Jessica Lee Hall. Stephanie was preceded in death by her father, John Stephenson Childs, and a sister, Donna Marie Childs. A service to celebrate Stephanie’s life was held on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. in The Chapel of Hicks Funeral Home, Elberton.Interment followed at Forest Hills Memorial Park. The families were at their respective homes:Peggy and Jerry Harris at 1565 Brewers Bridge Rd., and Allen and Tammy McCannon at 1622 Stoney Creek.
