Florence Steidl Toth

Mrs. Florence Lucille Steidl Toth, 92, of Rhodes Drive in Elberton passed away Monday night, September 22, 2014 at her home. Mrs. Toth was born in Garfield, New Jersey in 1921 to the late Eugene and Elizabeth Steidl.She was the widow of Julius Edward Toth, and was a longtime resident of Pompton Plains, New Jersey.She graduated in 1945 from Mountainside Hospital Training School as a registered nurse, but enjoyed spending her life as a homemaker. Mrs. Toth is survived by a daughter, Carolyn Toth Nicol of Elberton;a son, Randy Toth and his wife, Patty, of Belvidere, NJ; and two grandsons, Timothy and Tyler Toth of Belvidere, NJ.She also leaves behind a brother, Howard Steidl and his wife, Janice, and many loving nieces and nephews.Mrs. Toth was preceded in death by her son, Roy, and her daughter, Pamela.
